1. Data we collect
Omnify collects the data needed to operate the service: email address and account information (via Supabase), subscription and billing history (via Whop), and the content you submit to the tools (video links, scripts, transcripts) for the duration of their processing.
2. Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to provide the service: authentication, subscription and credit management, content generation through the AI tools, and product improvement. No data is sold to third parties.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing of your data is based on the performance of the contract between you and Omnify (delivering the subscribed service) and, for non-essential communications, on your consent.
4. Sub-processors and third-party providers
To operate, Omnify relies on the following providers, each bound by their own confidentiality commitments: Supabase (authentication and database), Whop (payment and billing), Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Microsoft Azure, and fal.ai (AI script, voice, and visual generation), Pexels and Pixabay (royalty-free stock media), and Google's YouTube API (fetching public metadata and transcripts).
5. Data retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Intermediate video generation files (audio, raw visuals) are automatically deleted 60 minutes after a render completes; the final video is kept for 30 days. After account deletion, your personal data is erased within 30 days, except where longer retention is legally required (billing records).
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, as well as the right to object to its processing. You can exercise these rights at any time via the Contact page.
7. Cookies
Omnify only uses cookies strictly necessary for the service to function (authentication session, theme and language preference). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
