Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Omnify, a suite of AI-powered tools for YouTube content creators (niche research, video analysis, Short duplication, channel identity generation). By creating an account, you accept these Terms in full.
2. User account
Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. An account is strictly personal and may not be shared or resold.
3. Subscriptions and credits
Omnify runs on a no-commitment monthly subscription, billed through our payment provider Whop. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, consumed based on usage across the different tools. Credits included in a subscription expire at the end of the billing period if the subscription isn't renewed; credits purchased separately as top-up packs never expire. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no prorated refund.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Omnify to generate, duplicate, or distribute illegal, defamatory content, content infringing on a third party's rights (copyright, image rights), or content violating YouTube's own terms of service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish from videos generated through the service. Attempting to abuse usage quotas, bypass technical limits, or make unauthorized automated use of the service may result in account suspension.
5. Ownership of generated content
You retain full ownership of the videos, scripts, visuals, and channel identities generated from your account, subject to respecting third-party rights as described in section 4. Omnify claims no ownership over content you generate.
6. Availability and limitation of liability
Omnify relies on third-party services (hosting, AI providers, voice synthesis, stock media libraries) whose availability isn't guaranteed 100% of the time. The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of continuous availability. Omnify is not liable for indirect losses resulting from a service interruption or a content generation error.
7. Termination
Omnify reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of a breach of these Terms, without notice in cases of clear abuse. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of French courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
